Homemade Granola
No sugar, crunchy homemade granola is easy and quick to make!

- 100 g nuts of your choice (walnuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts...)
- 250 g oats
- 100 g puffed rice or spelt puffs
- 2 tbsp nut butter of your choice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cinnamon optional
Preheat the oven to 150 °C. Roughly chop the nuts and combine all of the ingredients. Put the granola on two baking trays and spread it well.
Bake each baking tray for approx. 10 minutes, stirring with a fork after 5 minutes to make sure the granola will be golden and crunchy not just on top.
Bake until slightly golden and crunchy, let it cool and store in an airtight container.
