Homemade Granola

No sugar, crunchy homemade granola is easy and quick to make!

Utensilien

  • Chopping Board
  • Knife
  • Bowl
  • Baking tray

Zutaten
  

  • 100 g nuts of your choice (walnuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts...)
  • 250 g oats
  • 100 g puffed rice or spelt puffs
  • 2 tbsp nut butter of your choice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon optional

Zubereitung
 

  • Preheat the oven to 150 °C. Roughly chop the nuts and combine all of the ingredients. Put the granola on two baking trays and spread it well.
  • Bake each baking tray for approx. 10 minutes, stirring with a fork after 5 minutes to make sure the granola will be golden and crunchy not just on top.
  • Bake until slightly golden and crunchy, let it cool and store in an airtight container.
